So, in video after she jacks the kids' boom-box, she is sitting at a GAS STATION, just 'innocently jamming' to some beats right? I guess...
A young guy walks but because he 'doesn't look like Mick Jagger' (a.k.a. doesn't have the money/ doesn't look like he'd pay to have sex with her?) she kicks them to the curb, even though she is in reality practically sitting litterly on a curb.
So then up rolls a dude who looks nothing like Mick Jagger except for the fact that he's older and gross and has a car... Ke$ha hops in of course...
She then starts making out with him... etc.

Well, it looks to me because she's a hooker. I suppose it could another reason like drinking and driving, (though the driver doesn't get handcuffed?)
Not wearing a seat-belt?... They cuff for that now? I guess, she did steal that stereo, but she left it at the gas station. Huhmm?
